I work for Block. I took over 100hours of ceu's this year (I take more than the average). If you are looking for a RAL then JH can only do them in a couple of states this year. I have had a few people come into the office with a whole variety of stories of what JH said the reason they are not doing them. Block also has an office year round if you need them.
