No matter how good your work from home business idea is or even how good an idea that may be had by a large corporate, without sales and marketing the business cannot go very far. More and more small business and work from home based businesses are learning about this fact now and; more and more are going to seminars, reading books and in general getting themselves educated in the discipline which is called – Sales and Marketing. All businesses need to let the prospective clients know about their product and service and the execution of sales and marketing strategies is the vehicle to take the message out to the world.
Business Management can be described as the method of directing all or a portion of any business organization. This can be done through the deployment and manipulation of resources (people, resources, intangible). This exercise plays an important role in achieving success whatever business one is indulging to. Indeed, proper business management should always be employed. One can also think of business management functionally as a method of measuring a quantity on a timely basis and of adjusting some initial objective, and as the actions taken to reach one’s projected goal.
This method could be applied in human management, proper resources allocations, as well as the time management. By proper human management, and with limited resources, one could find competitive human resources. Through creativity management, one can optimize his limited resources by conceptualizing, for instance, on how to recycle resources that could be still be useful– raw materials used in manufacturing should be properly managed.

I've been wondering that myself…All I can think about is writing my story – it keeps me up at night, wakes me up in the morning and keeps me going throughout the day. But by the time I get home from work and put the baby to bed…the day takes it's toll, I'm exhausted. Sometimes I just can't shut it off…I end up burning the midnight oil, writing until 2:00am then waking up at 6:00…When I was first laying down the outline of the story I would take my lap top to whichever room I was playing w/ the baby in. I would type until he got bored with his toys and started bugging me to play with him – then I would just shut it off and put it away for later. If an idea hit me I would jot it down in my notepad and write it in on the computer later after he went to sleep. I would also take my portable hard drive to which I saved the story and write during my lunch breaks. My husband was kind enough to give me some down time and I would use every minute of it to write – which is why the house looks like a tornado hit it and I have nothing to wear because shopping & cleaning just didn't seem that important…Something's got to give…you can't do everything. Use the time when you're not feeling too inspired or when you've hit a block to clean and take care of the every day stuff. And get your kids to enjoy some more independent activities, depending on their age, like drawing, reading, playing games by themselves…Good luck.

“The report finds that the economic benefits of Latin American and Caribbean music fail to accrue to their home countries, despite the widespread popularity of their Latin American and Caribbean genres across the globe. The observation brings to mind a recent finding from the MPI’s sister Institute for Competitiveness & Prosperity – that when it comes to reaping the economic rewards of creativity, management skills matter almost as much as raw talent and creative innovation:”
