I'm actually surprised that the company you're involved with isn't answering that question for you! I too have recently joined a MLM that has incredible support, including how to generate leads.
Training and support is one of the things that was absoutely mandatory when I chose a business as such as I don't like being left hung out to dry, not knowing what to do next. That's almost like setting someone up for failure and in an MLM, everyone is supposed to succeed so that everyone profits…after all, that is the idea behind a MLM isn't it? Team work?
I'm hoping that you'll address this issue with your company and ask that they give you more support so that your success will be even greater. I can read the driven sincerity in what you're doing and I think it's great, so please, ask them to help you more by getting that information for you.

Definitely research the company before joining. Mentoring for Free has some training that can help you evaluate any company and see if it is a truly good company (for free of course). There are a lot of scams out there and they would love to get your money! On the other hand, there are also some really great companies that would let you make a great extra income even part time.

Kid commits suicide: that was ep 2.11, Sex, Birth, Death. The kid was Nathan Harris, who had reached out to Reid for help, and ended up slitting his wrists at the end of the episode. I'm pretty sure he didn't die, though.
At the end of Popular Kids, no, Morgan does not kill the kid.
As far as being kidnapped, I'm positive that Revelations is the only episode that happened in. The best friend shooting someone — I'm assuming that friend is Gideon — but I don't remember where he shot someone.
The interview you're referencing was done just after the second season, so everything he's talking about had to have happened in the first two seasons.

It's also not racist to say "I don't see how anyone that is African American could be a Democrat." It's a silly statement, because for the past 50 years it's been the Democrats who have supported African Americans. But it's not racist.
"Racism" does not refer to any statement related to race. It refers to any belief holding that one race or another is inherently inferior or superior. I don't see anything in Reid's statement suggesting that Hispanics or whites or anyone else is inherently superior or inferior.
