State Income Withholding Tax Tables for 2009, 2010
September 26, 2009 by JoelC2009
If you are currently employed in the United States then you will more than likely be required to pay some sort of tax that will come out of your paycheck before you even see it.
The amount of the withholding will vary from state to state but should be available for you to view at any time either by internet or a publication issued by your state. The tax tables will show you how much will be deducted from each paycheck depending on how much your check is and the amount that was withheld.
Forms
Just like with your W-4 for federal withholding, you will be required to fill out a state withholding form. This form will also ask you for your filing status.
You may also take the option of having additional funds taken out of each paycheck to ensure that you will not owe at the end of the year.

Maybe Ebay has it? If it's out there people say Ebay will have it. I know Ebay doesn't have everything, yet it may have that.
OMG……he cries? please tell me it’s a joke? PLEASE! i don’t like it when men cry…..in fact i don’t like it when anyone cries – it’s awkward.
Two weeks in Hawaii plan on around $1,000 hotel plus flight ($500.00). Flight prices will depend on where you are flying from. The prices are gave are for flying from the east coast. Look around on-line b/c u can find some reasonable prices you just have to research. There is no currency exchange if you are from the United States. The locals are friendly. Hike Diamond Head. Take Hawaii SuperFerry to other islands. Definitely you have to go to Pearl Harbor. If you want to see whales go in the winter months when they come from Alaska. Go to Hanamua Bay Nature Perserve for snorkeling. Hope this helps.
You can say you lost it and ask Florida for a letter saying you have a valid license and use that instead. Just make sure you don't use or show the CT one ever again or you'll get in trouble.
well there is a game crazy and 2 gamestopes in the mall so you could try going there also i think i remember a electronic repair shop next to market place foods
