		<description>That is a great method of peeling garlic.  I tend to use that method the most.  On the next post there is a link to another couple of ways to do it as well.  And as for getting the garlic smell off of your fingers, soap them up and rub them on some stainless steel, like your sink for a minute or two (or a fancy hunk of shiny stainless steel in the shape of a bar of soap sold for exorbitant prices at your local crate and barrel ) et voila! No stank!</description>
