I’ve started weight training again and haven’t seen a decline in any of my lifts. I continue to perform a complete round of Convict Conditioning movements once a week, and have also incorporated circuit training exercises on the same day I do them. On the other days, I perform a regular strength training routine and include the Convict Conditioning exercises as part of my conditioning workout. It is my sincere belief that these represent several of the best bodyweight exercises around and strongly suggest that you make them part of a prison workout.
